Welcome to Hotel Royal Rama. By booking or staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment: All reservations require a valid credit/debit card or advance payment to confirm. Full payment is due at check-in unless a prepaid arrangement is confirmed. Rates are subject to change without notice and include applicable taxes (GST as per Indian law) unless otherwise specified. Incidental charges (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry) will be settled at check-out. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and UPI.

2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges (up to 50% of the nightly rate for late check-out until 6:00 PM; full night rate thereafter). Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, driver’s license) at check-in. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay. Group bookings (5+ rooms) or special event bookings may require 7 days’ notice for cancellation without penalty. Non-refunded deposits for special packages are non-transferable.

4. Guest Conduct: Guests must respect hotel staff, other guests, and property. Damage to hotel property, whether intentional or accidental, will be charged to the guest’s account, including repair or replacement costs. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise or illegal activities, may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential legal action.

5. Liability: Hotel Royal Rama is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, including vehicles parked on the premises. In-room safes are provided for valuables, and guests are strongly encouraged to use them. The hotel is not responsible for injuries sustained on the property unless caused by proven negligence of the hotel.

6. Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and public spaces, with a cleaning fee of INR 5,000 for violations. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets are not permitted, except for service animals with prior approval and valid documentation. Contact info@hotelroyalrama.com for arrangements.

7. Accessibility: We strive to accommodate guests with disabilities. Accessible rooms and facilities are available upon request, subject to availability. Please inform us of specific needs at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements.

8. Children and Extra Guests: Children under 12 stay free when sharing a room with parents, using existing bedding. Extra beds or cribs are available for INR 1,000 per night, subject to availability. Maximum occupancy per room is specified at booking, and additional guests may incur charges.

9. Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or power outages. Refunds or rescheduling in such cases are at the hotel’s discretion.
