As a hotel, Hotel Royal Rama does not typically ship physical products. However, the following applies to relevant services or items:

1. In-Room Deliveries: Amenities or services ordered during your stay (e.g., food, beverages, toiletries) will be delivered to your room within 30 minutes, subject to availability. Delays during peak hours will be communicated promptly.

2. Lost and Found: Items left behind can be returned upon request at the guest’s expense. Contact info@hotelroyalrama.com within 30 days to arrange shipping. Items are shipped via trusted couriers (e.g., India Post, DTDC), and tracking information will be provided. Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

3. Third-Party Deliveries: For items ordered through external services (e.g., food delivery apps, courier services), Hotel Royal Rama is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the third party. We will assist in coordinating delivery to your room or the front desk.

4. Souvenirs or Merchandise: If the hotel offers branded merchandise (e.g., mugs, keychains), purchases made on-site can be shipped to your address at your expense. Shipping costs depend on weight, destination, and courier service. Contact us for a quote.

5. International Shipping: For lost items or merchandise shipped internationally, additional customs fees may apply, payable by the guest. We will provide documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
